Q1. How do I go about doing a booking?

Ans.1

How this works is extremely simple.

Step1: You contact (Email or Call us) Exalt to make a booking. We register your details.

Step 2: We send you a small form/email to fill out and a list of Programs/Activities to choosefrom.

Step 3: You fill out our form and indicate what programs/activities you wish to take up,

and send us the info.

Step 4:We study your requirements and then tailor make a personalized learning program for you incorporating the Programs and/or activities you wish to take up. These will be factored into your daily schedule (bearing in mind your timing, preferences, duration of program, and priorities).

Step 5: You visit us at the Exalt Personalized Learning Center, and have

a great, fun filled, customized learning experience!!

Q2.  What is EXALT Personalised Learning Center?

Ans. 2

EXALT introduces its Personalised Learning Center. The center is spread over a lush green campus, adjoining the Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary. Food, boarding and all essential amenities are catered for, in a homely environment.

EXALT plans to offer personalized, relevant learning, through customized modules. What this means is ...you can come and stay at EXALT for as long a duration as you see fit. Over the course of your stay you can select a diverse range of subjects or programs which may interest you and EXALT will tailor make a schedule to fit the duration of your stay and learning requirement.

 

Essentially what we aim to deliver will be personalized learning in a tranquil setting. This is ideal for families and school groups and would be best enjoyed over a long weekend, school holidays or a customised period.

 

Q3. What are the facilities available?

Ans.3 

Swimming pool , outdoor party area , cable TV (Living room only), wifi internet, conference facilities (projector and screen), Air conditioning, laundry, Indoor sports ( Carrom, Table tennis, Chess, Badminton).

Q5. What are the meal timings?

Ans5.

Breakfast - 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Lunch       - 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Tea            - 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Dinner      - 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM

 

​Q6.  How do I get to Dandeli?

Q8.  Best time to visit Dandeli

Ans.8

Between the months of October through to June. However monsoon (July – Sept) is also a lovely time to visit.

 

Q9. Do you charge for infants?

Ans.9

No charges for infants.

 

Q10. What are the charges for children?

​Ans10. 4 to 12 yrs – 50% of the tariff, below 4 years no charge.

Q11.  What are the charges for extra bed

Ans. 11

Extra bed will be charged on a full rate per person basis for adults and a 50% discount per person for kids (4-12).

 

Q12.  Can you organize White Water rafting activity for us?

Ans. 12

Yes

Q13.  What will be the cost for White Water rafting activity?

Ans. 13. Rs. 1600/- per head +Vehicle charges Rs.1200/- (4 seater)

Q14.  What will be the menu?

Ans. 14. Our menu is a set menu, which is varied on a daily basis. All our food is made from the freshest local ingredients available and home cooked with tender loving care. Both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian options are available.

Q15.  Veg /Non veg option available?

Ans. 15. Yes. Both veg and Non veg options are available.

 

Q16.  What is the cost for meals?

Ans. 16. Meals will be additional to the room rental and will be priced at Rs.1000/- Per Person (Adults) Rs.500/-   Per Person (Kids 4 – 12 yrs).

Q17.  Can I miss a meal and not pay for it?

Ans.17. If you have to miss a meal due to unavoidable circumstances ( such as travel ) then we will deduct the cost of that specific meal from your bill. If you are out locally for the day then your meals will be packed and provided.

Breakfast – Rs. 200/-   , Lunch – 400/-  , Dinner – 400/-

Q18. I have specific dietary requirement. Can you accommodate this?

Ans.18. We can cater to certain dietary requirements however please check with us at the time of booking to ensure that your specific requirement can be provided.

Q19. Can I pay by Credit/Debit card?

Ans. 19. At present Credit and Debit cards are not accepted. Payment can be made by RTGS/Cheque/Cash. However Credit card facility will be available in due course

Q20. Are Pets allowed?

Ans. 20. Pets are not allowed at the Firdossh and Serenne PLC’s. However we have a separate PLC (Tranqelt) where pets can be accommodated.  Please contact us directly for tariff details.

Q21. Do you serve alcohol?

Ans. 21. No we are not licensed to serve alcohol.  However you are free to carry your own personal alcohol. No drinking in the common areas.

 

Q.22. Is laundry facility available?

Ans. 22. Yes. Laundry facilities are available.

Q23. What discounts are available?

Ans. 23. Discounts will be offered on a case by case basis.
